What are EMFs?
EMF stands for Electromagnetic Field emissions coming from non-natural sources, such as power lines, cell towers, antennas and all electric or electronic devises. The type of EMF causing most concern today is the microwave radiation coming from cell phones, TVs, hair dryers, computers and appliances.

Why do we need protection?
Just as radiation, lead and asbestos were once thought to be perfectly safe; research is now finding that EMFs can be detrimental to our health. Because this damaging microwave radiation is invisible and had no obvious health risk, it has continued to proliferate. But today, perhaps due to the cumulative effect, there is overwhelmingly evidence suggesting that EMFs are hazardous to our health.

Statistics also indicate cause for alarm. Brain cancer has increased by 25% since the introduction of the cell phone in 1993. Why haven’t we heard more about this?
Electro pollution is everywhere and our economy is largely dependent on electric and electronic devices. Since the original lawsuit in 1993, the cell phone industry alone has invested millions of dollars in research, reporting health risk in only 21% of their studies; however, independent research is reporting evidence of dangerous health risk in over 80% of their studies. Smoking and ephedrine were also reported to be safe by the tobacco and pharmaceutical companies, until overwhelming evidence, and thousands of deaths, proved that isn’t the truth today. How do I know if I need protection?
You probably won’t have symptoms since EMFs are invisible and the damage occurs silently. However, since it is cumulative, some people have developed symptoms such as: headaches, fatigue, memory loss, dizziness, loss of concentration, learning difficulties, insomnia and tingling.

One study indicated that a 20-minute cell phone call could disrupt and degrade cognitive functioning in a human brain for up to three hours after the call. It was found that users who spend more than an hour a day talking on a mobile phone have close to one-third higher risk of developing a rare form of brain tumor. Stress is another common side effect of cell phone use. Most people are aware of the correlation between stress and reduced immune function, leading to an increase in illness and disease.

The most at risk are children, since their bones are not fully developed. Brain cancer in children is up 21%! And since the microwave radiation is cumulative, there is much concern for the quality of life they will experience as adults.

Men who carry their cell phones in their pockets have been found to have a 35% reduction in sperm count. Even with the phones off, they are still emitting radiation. In addition, statistics show a 50% increase in testicular cancer.
